1. When is the best time to take part in a Tour during my stay?
We recommend booking your Tour with us at the beginning of your stay. That will allow you to get your bearings around the city and gives you the perfect opportunity to go back or visit (recommended) the places you enjoyed the most during our Tour.
2. How do I book a Tour?
Go to our site's 'Book now' page by clicking here to book a tour. Once you've made the order through our secure website, automatic confirmation of the reservation will be sent to your e-mail address.
The confirmation e-mail includes the following:
The details of your reservation (price, date, and time of the Tour)
Directions to the meeting point where you will meet our local guide.
You will receive a reminder e-mail the day before the Tour. It will not be necessary to present your reservation on the day of the visit- our guide will already have a list of all the participants.
3. Is it possible to attend a Tour without a prior booking?
Our tours are often fully booked, so for organizational purposes, it is highly recommended that you make your reservation on our site in advance. Reservations are made on our website, and payment can be made in cash on the day of the tour. Click here to CONTACT with us!
5. I am in a wheelchair – can I take part in a Tour?
The archaeological site of Knossos, the archaeological Museum and of course the city are accessible.
6. Can I book a private Tour?
Yes, we can organize private tours for 2 or more participants. For more information, please contact us.
7. Is it possible to pay for the Tour on-site?
Yes. Reservations are made on our website and via message, but payment can be made in cash at the end of the tour or by bank transfers.
8. Do I have to pay for a ticket or included in the total price?
Everyone who attends a Tour must pay for their ticket. The price of the Tour does not include the tickets for the Palace of Knossos and the Archaeological museum.
9. How long does a Tour last?
Knossos Palace | Archaeological Museum | Heraklion City Guided Tour last around four hours.
10. What is the duration of each spot during a Tour?
Estimate the duration of the guided tour of KNOSSOS to 1 hour and 30 min,
the tour of the ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM (Minoan collection), to 1 hour and 30 min,
and CITY TOUR, to 30 min.
11. Can children participate in a Tour?
Yes, our Tours are open to all - your children are welcome!

12. I will attend the Tour with a child under 7 years old. Do I have to reserve a place for him/her?
Our Tours are free for children up to 7 years old. However, we kindly ask you to let us know the exact number of children you want to bring along when you make your reservation.

13. What happens if it rains?
Our Tours are held in both rainy and sunny weather! Although it hardly ever rains in Crete, we recommend you check the weather before your Tour. This way, you can prepare adequate clothing and bring an umbrella if needed.
14. Do the guides accept tips?
If you had a pleasant time, you could leave a tip for your guide. Of course, this is not mandatory, but it is always greatly appreciated. 🌞
